Audrey Roofeh


Mariana Strategies' CEO, Audrey Roofeh, is an attorney licensed to practice in New York and Washington, DC and brings more than 13 years experience in litigation and nonprofit management, advisory services,  training, and employment law. Audrey spent five years focused on the worst kind of employment abuses while at Polaris, an international nonprofit aimed at eradicating human trafficking. 

As CEO of Mariana Strategies, Audrey has worked with businesses in manufacturing, engineering, politics, fashion, and media, as well as national and international non-profits to deliver workplace culture solutions.Audrey has delivered and facilitated dozens of trainings and workshops across the country.

Audrey received her B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University, and her JD from Cardozo School of Law in New York.  Audrey is a past Adjunct Professor at the University of New Hampshire School of Law.  

Audrey is a past liaison to the American Bar Association Task Force on Human Trafficking and past member of the New York City Bar Association Committee on Pro Bono and Legal Services. Audrey is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and member of the D.C. Bar Association (Employment Law Section).
