Mariana Strategies LLC is a workplace culture consulting firm focused on creating safe and inclusive workplaces. We make it possible to have the important, difficult conversations that drive change.
What sets us apart are services and offerings tailored to the unique needs of every client. Our methodology and materials are rooted in social science research, incorporating change models that have proven empirical success. This approach helps our clients institutionalize DEI progress for long-term success. We are experts in our field but continue to channel a growth mindset ourselves, embracing challenges & change and staying current about advancements in our field. Finally, we take a human-centered approach to our work – focused on empowering individuals to build robust inclusive policies, processes and culture within their organization(s).
