Our Packages

  • On-Call DEIA Support

    Ensure your DEIA work stays on track. We leverage our subject matter expertise to complement your existing DEIA efforts and reinforce inclusive culture practices.

    • Updating DEIA onboarding materials;

    • Attending meetings of DEIA working groups to provide feedback and advice (when requested);

    • On-call support for emergent issues on DEIA concerns, including addressing workplace harassment; and

    • Advice on DEIA efforts for leadership and board items as needed.

    Our on-call DEIA support is available at an introductory rate of $1,995 per month, subject to annual re-evaluation.

  • Fractional Chief Diversity Officer Support

    Leverage our subject matter expertise to complement your existing DEIA efforts and reinforce inclusive culture practices.

    • Creating or updating DEIA onboarding materials;

    • Delivering guidance and structure for your DEIA committee and its plans;

    • Coaching for managers and leaders on inclusive leadership practices as needed;

    • On-call support for emergent issues, including addressing workplace harassment;

    • Reviewing policies and practices to ensure alignment with DEIA effort;

    • Participation in board meetings;

    • Participation in leadership planning meetings; and

    • Participation in DEIA Committee meetings

    Our fractional CDO support is available at an introductory rate of $6,995 per month, subject to annual re-evaluation.
